Handle your return in Europe

We want you to love everything you purchase from SAXX, and we stand by every item we make.

If you purchased an item directly from our website, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return it.

Returns are free for full-priced items. For Sale and Outlet items, the return shipping fee must be paid when creating your return label.

Exchanges: We do not process direct exchanges.If you would like another size, colour or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.

Hygiene notice: To ensure the highest hygiene standards, returns are not accepted if this item has been opened, worn, or removed from its original packaging.

Any product returned in such condition will be sent back to the customer, and return shipping and handling fees will be charged.

Please note: any additional duties and taxes for international delivery will not be refunded.

Start your return

1. Log into our return portal with your order number and email address.

2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason code. Use your invoice to ensure you are choosing the correct style-colour-code combination.

3. Print your return label & form and pack your items in the original order packaging. Insert the return form (bottom section of the print out) inside your parcel. Securely attach the carrier label to the outside of your package.

4. Drop your package off at your nearest postage point. We suggest using in a timely manner, but please use within 7 days. Please be sure to retain your shipping receipt as Customer Service may require it.

5. Your package will be forwarded to our main returns warehouse where it will be processed within 3-14 business days.
